For the past 30 years, stallholder Mr Cheah insists in using charcoal to grill the perfect char siew, using premium soy sauce to prepare Wan Ton Noodle, cooking the noodles with aromatic pork lard, and avoids any significant price increases. His standing principles enables us to enjoy noodles with an olden taste at reasonable prices.
